As a Home Care Physical Therapist, you will provide personalized rehabilitation services directly in patients' homes, focusing on enhancing their mobility and independence. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. This role allows you to work autonomously while making a significant impact on the lives of clients in the community.

State License Details: Must Be Currently Active
EMR System: McKesson/Netsmart/Homecare Homebase experience preferred.
Rehabilitation Certifications (ASHA, CHT, ACP Training)
General Certifications (ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP)

Pros

They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)

Cons

Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
