Description

As an Emergency Room Nurse, you'll provide comprehensive care to patients in critical situations. You'll assess patient conditions, implement nursing interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your role involves guiding patient education and supporting healthcare staff. The position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts and a commitment to maintaining high nursing standards.

Requirements

Iowa Mandatory Reporter Certificates
State License Details: Must Be Currently Active
General Certifications (ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS)
OIG checks
Negative 2-step Mantoux or QuantiFERON Gold
Respiratory Fit Test
National and/or State Sex Offender checks
Immunizations: MMR, Varicella, Polio, Hepatitis B, TDaP, Flu vaccination
All copies of required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
10 Panel Drug Screen
Criminal Background check
Proof of physical within 1 year
Resume
Completion of CareLearning education modules
Nursing Certifications (TNCC)
Online verification of licensure or certification
Two recent employment references

Pros

They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)

Cons

Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
