In this role, you will assist in surgical procedures by preparing sterile instruments and supplies while maintaining the sterile field. You will work closely with the surgical team, anticipating their needs and ensuring a smooth and safe operation. The position requires flexibility as you may be floated to other departments as needed.

Pros
They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)
Cons
Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
