Description
As a Registered Nurse in Long Term Care, you will partner with residents and care providers to create a therapeutic environment. You will provide both direct and indirect care, working primarily with seniors needing long-term support. Your role includes utilizing effective communication techniques to address the unique needs of residents, especially those with Alzheimer’s and dementia, ensuring they receive compassionate, individualized care.

They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)
Cons
Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
