Description

The Surgical Technologist plays a critical role in the Operating Room, working closely with surgeons and the multidisciplinary surgical team. This position requires preparing surgical instruments and supplies, anticipating the needs of the surgical team, and ensuring patient safety throughout the procedure. Strong skills in vascular and orthopedic procedures are essential, along with the ability to participate in the on-call rotation. Candidates should have a current certification and at least one year of Operating Room experience. This role operates under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Pros

They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)

Cons

Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
