As a Certified Surgical Tech in the CVOR, you will be responsible for assisting in heart surgeries and vascular procedures. Your role includes preparing the operating room, ensuring all necessary instruments are available, and maintaining sterile techniques. Pros

They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)

Cons

Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
