Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) 36hr per week Qualifications & Skills Required: ? Ability to follow instructions accurately ? Proficient in reading and interpreting documents such as procedure manuals, safety rules, and operating instructions ? Strong listening skills with the ability to communicate information clearly and effectively ? Ability to write routine reports and correspondence ? Competent in calculating figures and amounts ? Skilled at solving practical problems and managing situations with limited standardization ? Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form ? Team-oriented and able to work closely with others ? Enjoys interacting with people of diverse backgrounds ? Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude ? Knowledge of state and federal confidentiality laws (e.g., HIPAA) and adherence to privacy and security policies for protected health information Position-Specific Requirements: ? Minimum of 9 months of current clinical nursing experience (Medical-Surgical preferred) ? Additional 3 months of experience in caring for patients on maintenance dialysis (acute or chronic) Self-Care & Home Dialysis Training Nurse / RN: ? Registered Nurse license ? Minimum 12 months of clinical RN experience ? Additional 3 months of experience in the specific modality (Hemodialysis or Peritoneal Dialysis) for which training will be provided ? If responsible for both home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, at least 3 months of experience in each modality Certifications Required: ? Basic Life Support (BLS) ? Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) ? Experience in Chronic Hemodialysis (HD)
