Description

This RN position requires flexibility in Labor & Delivery and Med-Surg. Due to the low birth volume in this rural facility, the L&D area may not always have patients, necessitating a float to Med-Surg. The role is vital in ensuring continuous quality care in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

Pros

They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)

Cons

Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
