Description
As a Med Surg PCU RN, you'll manage patient care in a dynamic setting, coordinating with a team to ensure optimal outcomes. You'll perform assessments, implement care plans, and educate patients and their families. Flexibility to adapt to different departments is essential, especially during the holiday season. This role offers a supportive environment with a focus on patient safety and effective communication.
