Description

As a Labor and Delivery/Postpartum Nurse, you will provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and providing education to families. This role offers a dynamic work setting, with opportunities to collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team and make a meaningful impact on patient experiences.

Requirements
  • Must have a current, valid RN license from the State of Wyoming and must be in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
  • Must have current, valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Must have current, valid Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification if caring for Pediatrics.
  • Previous experience in a hospital preferred.
  • Must have current, valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification if performing circulating or recovery room for C-section.
  • Nurses in Labor and Delivery must complete the Intermediate Electronic Fetal Monitoring class within the first year.
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required.
  • Must have current, valid Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.

Pros

They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)

Cons

Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
