Description

As a Physical Therapist in Home Health, you will provide essential patient care, evaluating and treating individuals with mobility challenges. You'll work with diverse patient populations, ensuring they receive personalized therapy tailored to their needs. Your role includes developing treatment plans, educating patients and families, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements

at least 1 yr experience as a Home Health PT
2 references obtained within the last year
BLS certification preferred
