As a Staff RN in Med Surg PCU, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Your role includes supervising nursing staff, ensuring quality care, and maintaining documentation. You will provide support to patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey, working collaboratively with a dedicated team.
