Description
Join a dynamic 14-bed med-surg unit where you will provide exceptional patient care with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5. Working 7a-7p shifts, you will be required to cover 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule and participate in holiday staffing. Flexibility to float to other med-surg units is expected. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.
