Description

As an RN in Hematology Oncology, you will provide specialized care to patients with hematological and oncology diagnoses. Your responsibilities include administering chemotherapy, managing symptoms, and delivering compassionate patient-centered care. You will work in a supportive team environment, ensuring high-quality outcomes in a 21-bed unit. Flexibility in scheduling is required, with a commitment to high reliability and safety.

Requirements
  • 1-year acute care nursing experience required, experience in oncology/hematology preferred.
  • TDaP vaccine, Influenza vaccine or exemption request during flu season.
  • KS or Multistate license required.
  • Charting System: Epic (test out option available).
  • Immunity status of Hep B, MMR, & Varicella (obtained by a titer) or proof of vaccination series completion.
  • Chemotherapy Certification preferred.
  • AHA BLS required at time of submission.
  • TB documentation required.
