Description
As a Physical Therapist in an acute care setting, you will play a critical role in patient rehabilitation. Your daily responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy. Expect to work with a diverse patient population, including post-surgery and trauma cases. This position requires flexibility as you may need to float to different units based on patient needs, ensuring optimal care is delivered. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
