As an Emergency Room Nurse, you'll rotate through various units and handle critical patient care, triage, and quick registration. Expect to work in a flexible schedule, assisting with Covid testing if needed, and be ready to support different departments as a float. Requirements

General Certifications (ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS)
EMR System: not specified
Nursing Certifications (TNCC)
State License Details: Must Be Currently Active
Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience in specialty

Pros

They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)

Cons

Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
