Pros
They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)
Cons
Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.

Nome is a small town in western Alaska located on the coast of the Norton Sound. With only 3,500 residents, Nome is a quiet retreat from civilization. Due to its remote location, the city offers various unique opportunities for visitors. In the winter, you can easily see the Northern Lights just a few miles outside town.
