As a Travel Pharmacist, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and effective medication management within the pharmacy department. Your duties will include reviewing prescriptions for appropriateness, counseling patients on their medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize drug therapy outcomes. You'll maintain drug inventory and participate in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate dispensing of medications. This role demands professional judgment and the ability to work independently while providing exceptional patient care.
