Description
As a Registered Nurse in Long Term Care, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, focusing on geriatric and dementia care. You'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes, administer medications, and develop individualized care plans. Flexibility in shifts is essential as you may work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. This position offers a supportive environment and the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient lives.
