As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide essential care to patients in the NICU, managing respiratory therapies and assisting in neonatal delivery. You will work three nights a week, ensuring high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role requires recent experience in the specialty and offers a collaborative team setting that emphasizes professional growth and development.

They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)
Cons
Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
