Description
In this role, the RN will provide direct and indirect care to residents in a long-term care setting. Responsibilities include creating a safe environment and catering to the specific needs of residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia. The RN will also assist patients in the Transitional Rehabilitation Unit, focusing on recovery and rehabilitation. Strong teamwork and flexibility are essential, as the RN may float to different units as needed.
