HWL Requisition:Concord Hospital-R23495 Shift: Day/Night rotation (mostly days. May need to assist on nights)\r\nSubmission Requirements:\r\nThis is a High Acuity Med Surge floor/ Respiratory Care Unit\r\nWILL TAKE LOCALS - Local rate (less than 50 miles)\r\nUp to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in (specialty) and documents travel experience.\r\nSkills Checklist matching specialty\r\nDrivers licenses with address that matches demographics\r\nActive NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission\r\nNURSYS Report Licenses verification with all active RN licenses\r\nRTO MUST be included at time of submission\r\nEMR Exp Preferred: Cerner - experience is preferred not required\r\nCurrent Certifications required: BLS required, NHISS needed prior to start., ACLS preferred\r\nWill need to take a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding with a preferred score of 80% \r\n\r\n1-2 yrs minimum Med surg experience is necessary. Would be open to Critical Care RN as long as fluent with care of med-surg ratios & acuity. \r\nWill accept 1st time travelers\r\n16 Beds in unit\r\nRatios: 4-5, sometimes 6\r\nTraveler may be requested to float to Concord Hospital-Laconia, 80 Highland Street, Laconia, NH, 03246 or Concord Hospital-Franklin,15 Aiken Ave, Franklin, NH 03235
