Description
The Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) is responsible for obtaining, processing, and analyzing patient specimens to generate accurate laboratory data for diagnosis and treatment. This role ensures compliance with laboratory policies and quality standards, and provides patient-centered service. Daily tasks include performing laboratory tests across various disciplines, recognizing abnormal test results, and maintaining safety and quality control procedures.
