Description

As a Registered Nurse in Med/Surg, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while ensuring a high standard of nursing practice. You will work collaboratively with healthcare teams to provide individualized care, educate patients and families, and prioritize safety. The role requires effective communication, documentation, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere for both patients and staff.

  • State License Details: Must Be Currently Active
  • General Certifications (ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP, ATT)
  • Nursing Certifications (CPI, ENPC, RNFA, TNCC, AWHONN, STABLE, ASLS, NBSTSA, APHON, CMA, CCMA, RMA, C-EFM)

Pros

They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)

Cons

Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
