JOB SPECIFICATIONS: A. EDUCATION Requires level of education necessary for licensure as a pharmacist by the California Board of Pharmacy. Prefer graduation from an accredited school of Pharmacy. Prefer Pharm.D. degree and/or completion of an ASHP accredited residency program or equivalent. B. EXPERIENCE Two years of leadership experience in an acute care hospital pharmacy required. C. PREREQUISITE SKILLS Skills: Scheduling Managing workflow Policy review Willingness to train on IV competencies Knowledge of USP and provide support Detail focused work Running meetings Software: Excel Word Document BD suite: PK, Pyxis, C2 Safe LICENSE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION: Licensure as a pharmacist in the State of California required. Additional Information:There will be up to 36 hours of call off available to the facility at no cost during the course of the assignment. Please ensure attention to requested facility start date. Any candidate that is submitted with start dates more than 2 weeks after requested start date will be automatically declined.
