Description
Provides direct patient care and develops individualized care plans. Assesses patient conditions, administers treatments and medications, and monitors outcomes. Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care. Delivers patient education and health counseling. Responsible for recognizing and responding to patient complications and changes in condition.
