Description

DescriptionAs a Registered Nurse in Telemetry, you will provide specialized care for patients with cardiovascular conditions. You'll monitor vital signs, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The role requires strong assessment skills and the ability to respond quickly to critical changes in a patient's condition. Requirements

1-2 yrs minimum Med surg experience is necessary
Traveler may be requested to float to Concord Hospital-Franklin
Current Certifications required: BLS required, NHISS needed prior to start, ACLS preferred
Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics
Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission
RTO MUST be included at time of submission
NURSYS Report Licenses verification with all active RN licenses
Skills Checklist matching specialty
EMR Exp Preferred: Cerner - experience is preferred not required
