Description
As a Certified Surgical Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the operating room by preparing surgical instruments and ensuring a sterile environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting surgeons during procedures, managing surgical equipment, and maintaining a high standard of patient care. This position involves working 8-hour shifts in a fast-paced setting, with weekend, call, and holiday availability required. You will also have the opportunity to precept new staff, contributing to the development of the surgical team.

Cons
Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
