In this role, you will deliver coordinated nursing care to patients in the ICU, supervising and directing nursing staff while collaborating with the healthcare team. You will implement care plans, assess patient progress, and provide a healing environment, ensuring patient safety and continuity of care.

Pros
They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)
Cons
Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
