Description
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in a skilled nursing facility, you will provide individualized nursing care to residents under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. Your responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, developing care plans, and administering treatments. Working collaboratively with healthcare teams, you will ensure the highest standards of care are met while maintaining patient dignity and respect.
