Description
As an Occupational Therapist in Home Health, you will evaluate patients' functional status and implement therapeutic services to help them regain independence in daily activities. You'll work independently and as part of a team to coordinate care, educate patients, and document treatment outcomes. This role requires adaptability and empathy, as you support patients through various challenges in their healing journey.
