Description

As a Charge Nurse, you will coordinate and evaluate patient care delivery, communicate across departments, and support staff in providing direct patient care. This role includes daily rounding, mentorship, and oversight of patient transfers. You will ensure compliance with standards and facilitate a professional work environment.
