Description
As an Outpatient RN Care Manager, you will manage chronic diseases and monitor medical conditions in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team and primary care providers. You will provide caregiver education and support within a licensed adult day health program, focusing on reducing hospitalizations and improving patient outcomes.

Pros
They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)
Cons
Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
