As a Travel RN in the Emergency Room, you'll provide critical care to patients in a fast-paced environment. Your role involves assessing patient needs, coordinating with a dedicated team, and delivering high-quality nursing care. Requirements

Active compact license at submission
PALS certification
BLS certification
EMR System: Meditech
ACLS certification
2 years of experience in a hospital setting
TNCC certification

Pros

They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)

Cons

Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
