Description
As an Occupational Therapist in Home Health, you'll prioritize start of care visits and supervise therapy assistants. You'll ensure timely documentation and maintain communication with the office. This role requires you to visit patients in Alameda County, working Monday to Friday, for 40 hours a week. You'll receive training in the field and have access to an iPad for documentation.
