As an ICU RN, you will provide critical care to patients experiencing severe health issues. Responsibilities include monitoring patient vitals, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure the best outcomes. Requirements

Current nursing license per state of assignment
ACLS certification
PALS certification
Travel experience preferred
Current BLS certification
At least two years recent experience in field

Pros

They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)

Cons

Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
