Description

As a part-time LVN, you will assess, plan, and implement nursing care for residents in a skilled nursing setting. You will administer medications safely, supervise CNAs, and ensure continuity of care. Your role emphasizes resident advocacy and collaboration with the healthcare team to create a supportive environment.

Requirements

Electronic Health Record experience preferred

State License Details: Must Be Currently Active
