As a NICU RN, you'll provide critical care to newborns in an acute setting. Your responsibilities include assessing patients, coordinating care plans, and delivering specialized nursing interventions. You'll work nights in a supportive team environment, ensuring each infant receives personalized and holistic care. Experience in high-risk deliveries is preferred, and you'll be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and patient-centered approaches.

They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)
Cons
Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
