As a Registered Nurse in the ICU, you will provide critical care to patients with severe health conditions. Your responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your flexibility to float between units and adapt to changing patient needs will be essential.

Pros
They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)
Cons
Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
