Description
As a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse, you will provide direct and personalized care to adult patients undergoing surgical procedures. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure the best outcomes. You'll need to respond swiftly to changes in patient status and support their emotional well-being while maintaining confidentiality and empathy in a fast-paced environment.
