Description
As a NICU RN, you will provide specialized care to critically ill newborns in a busy children's hospital. Your responsibilities will include monitoring patients, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. This position allows for the opportunity to float to various ICUs, enhancing your skills in a dynamic environment. Your experience with high-acuity patients and comfort with trachs will be essential in delivering the highest level of care.
