As the Surgical Services Manager, you will oversee the operations of the Surgical Services Department, ensuring patient safety and quality care. You will coordinate staff, manage resources, and implement policies while fostering communication and teamwork among clinical and non-clinical staff. Your role is vital in enhancing patient experience and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

Must be licensed in good standing in the State of Alaska as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN)
Must have completed a program of education in nursing from an NLN approved institution
Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
At least 2 years of surgical services management experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in operating room
Certified Surgical Services Manager (CSSM) preferred, attain certification within 6 months
Certified Nursing Operating Room (CNOR) preferred
