Description
As a Dietician, you will be responsible for assessing patients' nutritional needs, developing care plans, and providing education on nutrition. You will work within a collaborative healthcare team, ensuring optimal patient care through effective diet management. Your role will involve interacting with patients across different units and participating in interdisciplinary meetings. The position requires working five days a week, including weekends, with shifts typically from 7 AM to 3:30 PM. Expect to float to various departments as needed.
