Description
The primary purpose of your job is to assist and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty. This role involves ensuring that the highest degree of total quality care is maintained at all times in accordance with current standards and regulations. You will work closely with the nursing team to deliver compassionate care to residents and must have strong interpersonal skills.

They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)
Cons
Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
