HWL Requisition:Emerson Hospital-AN-0576 ADDITIONAL NOTES ATTACHED \r\n\r\n*HWL Coversheet required for all submissions*\r\n\r\nLocal rate is $8 less\r\n\r\nDays, M-F, 5X8s, 7:00am-4:00pm with weekend call coverage that is variable based on department needs. \r\n\r\nIn this dynamic leadership role, you will partner closely with the Director of Obstetrical Nursing to oversee 24/7 operations, drive clinical excellence, and support a collaborative, supportive environment for both patients and staff.\r\n\r\nExperience-\r\n\r\nMinimum five years of experience in obstetrical nursing with demonstrated leadership abilities required***\r\nEvidence of continued professional growth and knowledge of new trends and developments in nursing and patient care\r\nPrevious supervisory experience preferred\r\n\r\nMA RN License BLS, ACLS and NRP required.\r\n\r\n***Inpatient OB certification preferred***
