Description

As a Dietitian, you will conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments, develop and adjust individualized nutrition care plans, and monitor resident outcomes. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you will provide targeted nutrition education and maintain accurate documentation. This role is essential for supporting residents' health and wellbeing in a long-term care setting.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience required.
If eligible, must obtain and hold limited license in ND and within 6 months of hire date must obtain RD status by CDR credentialing.
Licensed as a Registered Dietitian in North Dakota (ND).
Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or eligible for registration.
Experience with EMR systems.
