Description

The Physical Therapist's primary goal is to restore function and minimize disability after disease or injury. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients with prescribed physical therapy programs, supervising assistants, and documenting clinical findings and treatment plans. This role requires home health experience.

State License Details: Must Be Currently Active
General Certifications (BLS/BCLS)
EMR System experience preferred
