Description

In this role, you will utilize the nursing process to provide high-quality care to patients in the Med-Surg Neuro/Trauma unit. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and developing individualized patient care plans. You will also participate in performance improvement activities and use critical thinking to ensure patient safety. The position requires flexibility with scheduling, including every other weekend and holidays, in a dynamic hospital environment.
