As a Psych Care Coordinator RN, you will play a vital role in supporting patients receiving behavioral and mental health services in Nome, Alaska. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating treatment plans, connecting patients to resources, and ensuring continuity of care. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to advocate for patients, facilitate safe discharge planning, and monitor progress. Requirements

• Ability to work independently and adapt to a rural healthcare environment
• Previous travel healthcare experience
• Candidate must apply for Alaska licensure if hired
• Rural, tribal health, or Alaska healthcare experience
• Experience with substance-use disorders and crisis intervention
• Experience coordinating referrals, discharge planning, and community resources
• Previous inpatient psychiatric or behavioral health experience
• CCMC certification preferred
• Strong behavioral health assessment and crisis-management skills
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• Strong communication, organization, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
• Active RN license required
• Previous psychiatric, behavioral health, case management, or care coordination experience
