Description
As a Hospice RN, you will provide compassionate care to terminally ill patients, focusing on comfort and symptom management. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, overseeing CNAs, and actively participating in interdisciplinary team rounds. You will also support families in navigating the challenges of end-of-life care. This position guarantees 36 hours per week with a day shift schedule.
